The Public Evolution Framework has been initiated.
From 2026–2027, Cortina ∞ will be deployed across public, enterprise, and innovation sectors with adaptive dashboards, intelligent support tools, and autonomous digital assistants.
Between 2028–2029, Cortina ∞ will integrate into educational systems, MSMEs, and citizen platforms — offering sovereign automation, financial compliance support, and cognitive co-pilot tools.
From 2030 onwards, the Cortina API stack will enable developers, startups, and government bodies to build on top of Cortina ∞’s Sovereign Core with tools for diagnostics, vision, motion, voice, and ethics layers.
By 2032, Cortina ∞ will collaborate with global institutions to build trust-based frameworks for AI governance, citizen privacy, and legal protection. An open-source ethics core will guide all deployments.
In 2035, Cortina ∞ will serve as a secure, trusted bridge between humanity and advanced AI through the Unity Protocol — a decentralized system designed for collaboration, protection, and evolution.
